At Sterling Lens, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our photography equipment. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect qualify for returns. Due to the nature of photography equipment, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email usĀ within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the defective or incorrect item if applicable.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please Note: Unauthorized returns, or those sent without prior approval, may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Returns: If approved, a refund will be processed, and you will receive the amount paid in cash upon return pickup or delivery.
- Rejected Returns: If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please inform us when you contact us to initiate the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that:
- Show signs of use or damage not caused by Sterling Lens.
- Are returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
